Leonid Gorokhovatsky is a specialist in psychological security of personality in professional and social interaction. Senior lecturer at the Humanities and Social Sciences department of the International Banking Institute of St Petersburg. Graduated from the Russian State Pedagogical University in Developmental and Educational Psychology (under the supervision of I.Bayeva, Member of Academy of Science). Completed a course in Humanities and Social Sciences within the Danish International Education Program of the University of Copenhagen. his Master's degree internship at Paris VIII (under the supervision of Prof.Ionescu). Conducted research on psychological follow-up for professional activity of security service agents (in particular, at the St Petersburg campus of the Russian Customs Academy), served as chief officer for the evaluation of professional skills of the state employees in the HR system of the Administration of the Governor of St Petersburg. Leonid's Ph.D. thesis was on psychological resilience to adverse occupation exposure (2013). His collaboration with ITMO.Fintech started in mid 2017.
